Trav'ler is one of two puppies from our first litter. Her mother is Cheena and her father is Duncan. Trav'ler is a second generation cross. Our cross line is approved by the C.O.A. and Trav'ler is accepted as a C.O.A. Cross.

At three weeks old

At 5 weeks

Trav'ler at 4.5 months (her first time in harness).

Trav'ler has followed in the footsteps of her parents, grandparents and even great-grandparents and is proving herself a fine sled dog. She runs in he wheel position (just in front of the sled) and pulls hard. She is very fast and never stops pulling hard. Trav'ler is true to her name - she has a free spirit and is the dog who is always leading the chase through the woods. She runs in large circles on our walks and continually demonstrates her natural athleticism, leaping over downed trees and gracefully running at full speed through thickly wooded lots. Despite her rugged exterior, she's a sensitive and gentle girl at home, where she longs to be near her people or other dogs. She's a real sweetie.

Trav'ler earned her Canine Good Citizen Award in 2001.
